1. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Eligibility: By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors may only use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. RawHabit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts unilaterally if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

2. Apparel Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to typographical errors in pricing, inventory stockouts, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed automatically.
  • Prices & Taxes: All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed clearly before checkout.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. COD service availability is subject to pin-code verification by our logistics partners.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery within India ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
  • International Shipping: Delivery timelines for international orders vary based on the destination and customs clearance processes. Any import duties, taxes, or local customs charges levied at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Clothing Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return Window: We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible apparel items.
  • Product Condition: Due to hygiene and quality standards, garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or perfume scents will be rejected.
  • Return Shipping Charges:
    • RawHabit will cover return shipping costs only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size/design sent by us).
    • For returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or customer-selected sizing issues, the customer will bear the full cost of return shipping.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

  • All content displayed on this Website—including but not limited to the "RawHabit" name, brand identity, logos, original apparel designs, clothing graphics, product photography, text, and website layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of RawHabit and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.
  • Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation of our designs or content without prior written consent from RawHabit is strictly prohibited and will face legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RawHabit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any order is strictly limited to the exact amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, courier strikes).
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RawHabit from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
